Hamdan bin Mohammed Approves the Financial Allocations System for Dubai Government’s Employees

At the direction of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council, has approved the Financial Allocations System for Dubai Government’s Employees, in line with the emirate's strategic objectives.

His Highness said: "The system reinforces the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the January 4 Charter aimed at enhancing government efficiency by investing in the development of human resources as an absolute priority in order to improve government performance, promote the leadership of the Government of Dubai and cement the stability of families of UAE citizens and all other employees of the Government of Dubai. We consider this to be the cornerstone of our journey towards change while ensuring that equal opportunities are promoted among all employees according to key performance indicators"
