DGHR Department and CDA Sign a Memorandum of Understanding

DGHR Department has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Community Development Authority (CDA) in Dubai to develop a common framework for mutual cooperation and knowledge sharing in the field of human resources.

The MoU aims at activating the channels of institutional communication between the two parties and cooperating in the fields of training and education as well as programs of preparation and empowerment of competencies of different job categories. This is in addition to cooperation in documenting and disseminating best government practices and enriching the content of educational and training activities.

H.E. Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al-Falasi, Director General of DGHR Department, stressed the keenness of the Department on fruitful cooperation with all of Dubai Government's departments to achieve the objectives of the Dubai 2020 strategy.

From his part, H.E. Ahmed Julfar, Director General of CDA-Dubai, said that this MoU is signed with the aim of anticipating future needs of different job categories and opening up new horizons for national job seekers, through an integrated system of human resources development.
