The agreement was signed by H.E. Major General Abdulla Khalifa al-Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, H.E. Abdulla Ali bin Zayed al-Falasi, Director General of DGHR Department, Major General Dr. al-Sallal Saeed bin Huwaidi al-Falasi, Director of General Directorate for Administrative Affairs, Ms. Muna al-Ameri, Chairperson of "Esaad" Card Committee " at Dubai Police, Mr. Abdulla Ali al-Muhairi, head of DGHR Department's Corporate Communication Department, and a number of attendees from both sides.
H.E. Major General Abdulla Khalifa al-Marri said that this constructive cooperation, which will give the "Esaad" Card to all employees of government departments and institutions in the Emirate of Dubai, would strengthen the fundamentals and causes of happiness and increase productivity, as this will necessarily reflect the provision of services to community members that increase their satisfaction with the service and achieve happiness.
He stressed that the signing of the MOU reflects Dubai Police's keenness to spread the culture of happiness, thereby consolidating the fundamental institutional values in different working environments, promoting loyalty, instilling a positive spirit, stimulating productivity and excellence, and balancing professional and personal life of employees.
H.E. Abdulla Ali bin Zayed al-Falasi, Director General of DGHR Department, said that the Department look forward to this unique experience that strengthens strategic partnership with various departments and institutions in the Government of Dubai, and pushes development and productivity forward due to their positive impact on employees. H.E., on behalf of the DGHR Department, thanked the General Leadership of Dubai Police for their tireless efforts and attention to the happiness of their employees and employees of other institutions and departments.
This MOU allows all Dubai Government's employees to join the Dubai Police's "Essad" Program. Dubai police will provide employees with the card and notify companies and businesses of the same benefits and offers to strategic partners, informing government departments about the program and announcing it using the appropriate methods, and provide all the necessary data for registering beneficiaries, within the data security controls and personal information of the Government of Dubai. A dedicated website for the Esaad Card was launched recently at https://esaad.dubaipolice.gov.ae to enable Esaad Card users to see discounts across different sectors. Dubai Police has been able to offer discounts and benefits for a total of 4169 joint stock companies in 12 sectors, with 749 for the health sector, 15 for the People of Determination , 158 for the education sector, 707 for the catering sector, 385 for the family sector, 83 for the Entertainment sector, 250 for the public sector, 587 for the commercial complexes sector, 110 for the supply sector, 122 for the housing sector, 139 for the automotive sector, 864 for the tourism, travel and hotel sector.
