Our wise leadership has given great attention to the development of legislative frameworks as they help to ensure the continuous upgrading of government human resources. The promulgation of Dubai Government's Human Resources Management Law No. (27) of 2006, as amended, was the most significant step in the implementation of human resources policies that create a stimulating culture of creativity, innovation and excellence in order to improve government performance.
Several resolutions were subsequently issued by the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, in support of Dubai Government Human Resources Management Law No. (27) of 2006, as amended, most notably:
- Decree No. (14) of 2017 on Maternity Leave, Miscarriage Leave And Childcare Leave For Dubai Government's Female Employees.
- Executive Council Resolution No. (15) of 2013 on the Regulation of Granting Nature of Work Allowance to Dubai Government's Employees
- Executive Council Resolution No. (16) of 2013 on Health Insurance for Dubai Government's Employees
- Executive Council Resolution No. (27) of 2013 on the Regulation of Part-Time Employment at the Government of Dubai
